• Appointed as PMO for a regional special project that focuses on developing a new business model for marketplace sellers.
• Responsible for the category's budget, profitability, and setting up monthly allocation resources to meet targets.
• Assisted the Country COO in any ad hoc tasks related to commercial issues and regional matters, for both local and regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning business plans across business units and regions.

Work together with product and commercial leaders in creating business solutions with data-driven analysis, which includes:

• Solving gap in the business process (e.g. potential fraud scheme, customer experience and logistic process)
• Improving product's profitability (e.g. pricing scheme and profit and loss review)
• Building proper data governance to improve business decision process (e.g. creating dashboards and reviewing SQL logic)

Experienced as a buy-side advisor and corporate valuation advisory. My experience primarily in performing a financial due diligence valuation review. It covered the depth analysis of historical financial performance, financial modelling, transaction valuation, understanding the revenue model, and forecasting the future cash flow for various industries through multiple approaches.

• Investment value review of OVO as part of Tokopedia's divestment;
• Price Purchase Allocation assessment in relation to Gojek and Tokopedia merger
• Representing XL Axiata as a PMO for IPTV acquisition;
• Vendor due diligence reviewed Bukalapak in regard to their fundraising preparation
• Constructing post-acquisition structure and full transaction review in relation to the Government's plan for Jakarta Public Transport Integration
• Valuation review in regards to impairment testing of the Telco Companies in Indonesia
• Full-scope financial due diligence and credit review for SOE Syariah Banking as regards to the Indonesian Government's holding plan for Syariah Banking in Indonesia (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• Consulted the largest midstream oil and gas companies in Indonesia to complete a major acquisition of Pertagas with a total transaction worth USD 2 billion
