I like to empower my team to do the jobs better everyday. Within 2 years, my team is able to turn back worst performance in decade to become an excellent across company globally, even we can able to reduce the cost about 12%. I got a lot of success in every assignment role. I used to spent more time in preparation work (study, plan, etc) in order to achieve proper execution result. It works well for me so far. Some fail were happen, with most likely predicted during my preparation, and it is always good teacher to do revision and re-plan the next action. It works well for me so far.
