My Responsible for Bekasi Branch is :

1. Checking and Approval for in and out cash flow.

2. Prepare P/L and give to owner

3. Responsible in Buying, Searching new Vendor, and keep omzet stability every month and financial

4. Handle Ops in office and storage and monitoring delivery

5. Make buying planning in monthly

6. Handle HRGA for recruitment, negotiated salary, update BPJS, responsible legality company renewal, legality building, buying & negotiated new Asset for building and vehicle

7. Doing good relationship with Banking, Vendor, Principles, and other Consultant

8. Start in 2019 prepare new project for build factory, start from buying land, Constructions, Planning payment, etc.

9. Negotiated for buying Machine for company and prepare all documents untill arrived in factory.

My Responsible is :

1. Handle 12 Brands in a group : Mothercare, ELC, Gingersnaps, Justice, Nike, Coach, Coast, Karen Millen, Women Secret, Havaianas, Yopanino, Web & Dis.

2. Make Daily report, weekly report, Monthly Report, Quarterly Yearly for sales & stock.

3. Make Planning Buying for every brands.

4. Doing research and Analysis for Best Seller, Best Department, Top Achiever for employee.

5. Disscussion with Manager financial planning for planned Competision for every store.

6. Joined in Big project Company and prepared documents for project in Airport T3 Seokarno Hatta.

7. With Every Brand Manager prepare and make planning for buying in every department, every SKU and Planning for EOS sale.

My Responsible is :

1. Checking and controlling Cashflow company and give report to Manager.

2. Checking and controllong team for prepare Faktur and Delivery Letter, and doing work with Standart Company.

3. Responsible to Manager Ops for Controlling Delivery processing and sending invoice to customer.

4. Checking and make decision for buying spare part vehicle, stationery office and all operations.

5. Responsible to General Manager for P/L, Cashflow, and Cash Bank report.

6. Recruitment and building team for helping in company.
