- QA Field & Verification :

Designing and building DBMS for QA sales dept.
Providing data for QA call list and visit list.
Maintain data QA call list and Visit List Results.
Reconcile data from OVO merchant and data QA field and Data QA Call.
Analyzing fraud indicated merchants by transactions.

Maintain sample data QA verification for new merchants acquiring.
Providing daily report, weekly report and monthly report requested by my superior or related department (Sales Dept & Acquisition Dept).

- Merchandiser (MD) Data Report & Analyst :

Maintain data bucket list visit merchandiser to MD field staff.

Collecting Result of MD Visit report, Escalating & analyzing the insight of the result to help Management side making strategic decision.

Monitoring & Coaching MD field staff on how to done their job description and solved their problems.

Providing daily report, Bi-weekly report and monthly report requested by my superior or related department (Retention Team& Operation Team).

Supports users on application systems, especially for enterprise resource systems called "PROFIT systems", AEON Point of Sales (POS), and B2B applications.

Resolve system problems or bugs, and find root problems, providing all reports requested by users such as sales reports by customers ID, store sales reports or items, sales by Credit Card type or Debit bank type reports and etc.

Discuss with the vendor for the system enhanced or new function requested.

Perform UAT application testing and follow-up to the application that is applied in accordance with the new changes.

Do training to the existing function menu or new function menu in the application for users.

As a vendor being Placed at BII Maybank as an IT programmer, created and developed a "Risk Management application program". Starting from the interface design (discussed with the user), making an application until do the UAT test.

- Project Risk Scorecard Rating apps. This application is to calculate the rating from BII Maybank retail and non-retail customers such as credit cards, mortgages, car loan and etc.

Incharge under Marketing Support MRO (Modern Retail Outlet), Create Poster, Create Wobbler, made Display Promotion abaut Magazine for Giant, Hero, Book store, Special Outlet, Hypermart, Seven Eleven, Indomaret and many more.
