• Operate heavy ground support equipment including tugs, dollies, belt loaders, and transport vehicles in an active airport environment
• Transport baggage carts, cargo cans, and equipment between aircraft, staging areas, and terminal operations
• Pull multiple dollies safely and efficiently while maintaining strict awareness of ramp safety zones and aircraft movement
• Move and position cargo containers (cans) and equipment to support flight arrivals and departures
• Perform end-of-shift and overnight reset operations to prepare equipment and staging areas for next day operations
• Conduct equipment inspections and report mechanical or safety issues
• Place safety cones and establish secure safety zones around aircraft during parking and servicing
• Drive and position ground support equipment up to aircraft including belt loaders, tugs, and service vehicles
• Coordinate closely with flight crew, ramp team, and ground operations to ensure safe aircraft servicing
• Maintain situational awareness around running engines, moving aircraft, and active taxi areas
• Ensure aircraft are properly secured and staged for loading, unloading, and departure
• Follow strict safety and communication procedures in a high-risk, high-responsibility environment
• Load and unload baggage, cargo, and freight containers from aircraft according to weight and balance requirements
