Managed revitalization project of the Donald W. Reynolds Scout Training Center. This included negotiation of contracts for technology and audio/visual upgrades and improvements, carpet and tile replacement, furniture, fixtures, and window treatment purchases, and purchasing of bedding / reorganization to increase dorm sleeping capacity from 88 to 102 beds with projects totaling over $100,000. Developed first stand-alone budget for the Reynolds Scout Training Center in 2014. Facilitated the concept, design, layout, and renovation of the Hendren Multi-Use Facility (STEM & Media Tech Classrooms / Trading Post Porch and Facade). Worked closely with camp ranger and staff to ensure all buildings, program areas, showers and restrooms, an olympic size swimming pool, lake area, multiple commercial grade kitchens, high and low ropes course, shooting range, dining halls, and sleeping facilities meet all National Camping Standards and receive National Accreditation annually.
