- Guide and support all stakeholder to manage HSE incident and conduct comprehensive investigation, official report and determining the Corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage the closure of actions and monitor the successful outcome of actions taken to prevent similar incidents.
- Facilitate to develop initiative program and improvement projects based on trend analysis of hazard reporting, safety issues and workers feedback related safety effectiveness program.
- Manage the safety management of change for all responsible area.
- Conduct regular audits Internal or external (Subcontractor) to prove consistent implementation, sustainability, gaps and submit the audit report to board management with recommendations.
