  • My job as IT support is to prepare devices (Windows and macOS) for every new joiner, troubleshooting issue hardware and software computers, replace laptops that are more than 4 years old. Outside of my daily activities, I also support internal townhall events using Teams Townhall,carry out asset disposal, help the infrastructure team to upgrade and replace switches, servers, and access points, contact vendors if any issue regarding technology facility, and also learn and create automation using PowerApps to digitalize internal documentation.
