Working as a Sr. Staff in the Business Development division in the reinsurance industry that specializes in catastrophe risk, With key responsibilities as follows :
- Achieving monthly and yearly Target Production on Compulsory Business Insurance, Facultative Business Insurance, and Mortgage business Insurance.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client characteristics, and providing exceptional service to new and existing clients through providing business-related information, identifying and implementing solutions to address business issues and requirements, and offering best practice suggestions to drive business growth and create new opportunities.

- Successfully closed business deals that not only exceeded targets but also contributed to a nearly 19% increase in production for the facultative business line in the respective year,This resulted in a total production increase from IDR 13.7 Billion to IDR 17 Billion and the establishment of an annual treaty agreement business.
- Leveraged data analysis on client business exposure and effective account and client management to develop and offer customized products that met specific client needs.
- Took charge of developing standard operating procedures (SOP) and system infrastructure in collaboration with the IT department for the new business line.
