Lead Enterprise Storage & Backup Management Operation Team for Core Banking System and Open System. Liaise with Engineering Dev Team and Vendors or Principals to specify technology requirements and carry out Prove of Concept process to develop and enhance the Storage & Backup infrastructure operations. Collate and present monthly reports regarding operational updates, issues, capacity and statistics to Department and Group IT Infrastructure.

Administer ICT Data Center & Infrastructure, Aerospace ERP, MRO & Flight Ops Applications. Leveraging ICT Technology and Application to enhance business operations and reporting to management and high level end user. Collaborate with Business Apps Team to align and supports Company and business needs. Direct reports to IT Manager related to operational issues, capacity and projects updates.

Managing Data Center Facility & Infrastructure Operations; Enterprise SAN & NAS Storage, Server Virtualization, Backup System. Responsible in planning, and liaise with any vendors to maintain and enhance DC Facility & Infrastructure Operations. Participate in IT Incident, Change Management board and IT Procurement process for any projects in DC Facility & Infrastructure.

Acting as the first layer of the IT Network Support Engineering; Collecting ticket and troubleshooting the user issues of the IT Network & IT Services to make sure meet the SLA and OLA.
