• Responsible to conduct research & development activities by planning, organizing and carrying out research, including the activity of Product development of Hot Rolled Coils, Hot Rolled Pickled Oil, Cold Rolled Coils and Wire Rods Steel products.
• Responsible for process development to improving quality and efficiency, Management of research services including research laboratory and metallography laboratory.
• Coordinate with relevant parties in the production planning, production and customer technical service in relation with product and process development.

• Responsible for managing preparation for starting sales business for automotive manufacturer / OEM (4 Wheel & 2 Wheel) under Central Purchasing System (CPS) Scheme.
• Be responsible to manage preparation for assessment from automotive manufacturer / OEM (4 Wheel and 2 Wheel) related to sales and marketing aspects.
• Responsible to manage starting sales for Non Central Purchasing System (Non CPS) business of OEM and Part Manufacturing, and managing of expansion of sales for Non CPS business.
• Responsible for market penetration program to new customer for expansion business.
• Coordinate with relevant parties (internal and external company) including trading company and coil center for the production planning, production and delivery of related product.

• Be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales volume of HRC/P, HRPO and CRC products for application of Pipe & Tube (Automotive Pipe, Commercial Pipe and Oil & Gas Pipe application), Automotive & Heavy Equipment, Boiler & Pressure Vessels, Shipbuilding & Plate.
• Coordinate with relevant parties in the production planning, production and delivery of related product.
• Conduct information gathering for new product or new market opportunity for business expansion, and coordinate with related party internal company.

• Be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales volume of Automotive & Heavy Equipment for HRC, HRPO and CRC products.
• As a coordinator in the domestic sales of steel products HRC, CRC and WR for Automotive & Heavy Equipment applications, starting from the negotiation process through the implementation of the transaction.
• Coordinate with relevant parties in the production planning, production and delivery of related product.
• Coordinate with relevant parties in the company for the purpose of automotive market penetration for business expansion including preparation of assessment from OEM manufacturer.

• Responsible for conducting quality performance evaluation of current products, and seek possibility for quality improvement.
• Be responsible for quality improvement on Steel Flat Products of Hot Rolled Coil and Cold Rolled Coil for several steel flat product applications (i.e. Automotive, Re-rolling, Oil & Gas Pipe, Structural, Shipbuilding, General Pipe & Tube), to ensure the quality performance of the products is fulfill the requirements on referred International standard specification with also considering customize requirement from customer.
• Be responsible for failure investigation of Steel Product related to steel manufacturing process parameter and assist the technical customer service in finding the root cause analysis.

• Be responsible for conducting reverse engineering, conducting research and development of new product of Hot Rolled Coil Steel Products for Oil & Gas Pipe, General Pipe & Tube, Structural & Construction, Shipbuilding and Gas Cylinder applications.
• Be responsible for conducting material design and process design including setting-up chemical composition, setting-up steel making process parameter and hot rolling process parameter of development new products for above applications, in order to fulfills requirement in international standard specification.
• Be responsible for conducting evaluation of performance current products and conducting quality improvement of Hot Rolled Coil Steel Products.

• Be responsible for conducting evaluation of performance current Hot Rolled Steel products for the application of Oil & Gas Pipe, General Pipe & Tube, Structural & Construction, Shipbuilding and Gas Cylinder, and in order to ensure performance of the products are suitable and comply with requirement in that application and referred standard specification with considering to customized requirement from specific customer.
• Be responsible for conducting evaluation and conducting study of reverse engineering for the purpose of preparing basic data for material and process design from the activity of research and development of New Products from above applications.
• Conducting evaluation and preparing basic data for the purpose of quality improvement for above applications in order to obtain better quality performance of the products.
