• Oversee the successful implementation of the WCS Indonesia Communications Strategy, working closely with the Senior Management Team including developing an annual work plan with agreed timetables, integration and alignment with the WCS-IP vision, mission, conservation priorities and target audiences.
• Ensure WCS communicates consistent messages to all of its different audiences - including employees, government, local communities, donors, local and international public, and the media - to increase understanding and awareness of the organization and build positive attitudes to WCS and conservation.
• Part of Crisis Management Team which set up to monitor and guide the office during Covid-19 Pandemic time.

• Leads IFRC support to the national society development (NSD) and capacity building support to Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) and Cruz Vermelha da Timor Leste (CVTL) during normal and emergencies/crises.
• Lead the NSD and capacity building works for with PMI and CVTL on volunteer & youth management and resources mobilization especially local financial sustainability.
• Assists PMI and CVTL on resources mobilisation capacity building, enhance its fundraising network within Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific both during disaster and normal.
• With NSD team oversee key elements work with PMI Planning Bureau and Cooperation/Partnership Bureau and provide hands on technical support to concerned divisions and bureau and in PMI and coordination of this work with Red Cross partner national societies (PNSs) and ICRC

• Acts as spokesperson on behalf IFRC Indonesia Delegation at least in 5 major disaster operations and program implementation
• Strengthens Red Cross Red Crescent Movement profile through the promotion of Red Cross' fundamental principles and humanitarian values to the wide range of public
• Assists Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) communications division on their programme implementation and capacity building.
• Provides and seeks funding for Indonesian Red Cross, especially its communication division to carry on activities both during emergencies and in development program's
• 5. Develops, implements, monitors and evaluates communications strategy for the Delegation and programme including creating tools required, media releases, conferences, speeches, article writing, editing and special events.

• Managed relationships, on behalf USAID-Local Governance Support Program, with key media contacts, securing positive coverage in industry publications.
• Develop for the first time a media relations guideline for the project
• Supervised content production for client testimonials videos, enhancing credibility among prospects.
