Provide our guest with an exceptional dining experience by training staff, inspecting cleanliness, and ensuring the best service practices are in place at all times.

To achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction in terms of food presentation, upselling beverages and service execution. Set up tables, explain menus, take orders, serve food and beverages, and clean tables in the assigned areas. Must know menu items and ingredients to be able to promote the items being served and answer guests’ questions.

Work with other Team Server to serve food and beverage. Set up tables, take orders, serve food and drinks, and clean tables. Also familiar with menu descriptions and wine lists, and work in various food and beverage areas on the Ship.

Work in the buffet area and provide courteous, friendly, and professional food and beverage (F&B) services to guests. Interact with guests and fellow shipboard employees, promptly replenishing the food and beverages in the buffet line. Follow company standards, international health and safety guidelines, and environmental and workplace safety policies and procedures.

Clean all food preparation areas and equipment according to USPH regulations and the company’s environmental program. Also transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; load/unload supplies in the provision room; assist in food-related pre-preparation tasks; and perform other tasks as needed.

Started as a Trainee and become a Daily Worker at Grand Cafe, one of the resort's 8 restaurants. Provide excellent service, cleaning and setting up tables, explaining menus, preparing food stations, taking orders, serving food and beverages.
