Job Description

• Planning, controlling, and analyzing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities monthly and yearly in more than 40 material tire machines and 7 variants. Make daily, monthly, and yearly electrical section problem reports.
• Coordinate team maintenance and repair activities following the planned schedule by prioritizing repair quality, Health, Safety, and the environment.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts and tools before maintenance and repair.
• Control the documentation of activities related to machine maintenance and repair.
• Evaluate and review machine maintenance and repair activities.
• Coordinate budget planning with the Department Head for machine maintenance and repair.
• Implement the audit suggestions and findings.

Accomplishment

• Became the QCC leader in a project to reduce the usage of bias cutting variants, which increased productivity on six machines by 10% per machine.
• Completed the Autobrake Project to improve material quality by integrating Mitsubishi PLC, SMC Auto Regulator, and IFM Laser Sensor Distance on six Bias Cutting Machines.
• Completed the manufacture of a new tire material machine from the design, wiring, and commissioning program to mass production in 2 months by integrating the PLC and Scada system.

Job Description

• Supervise the implementation of maintenance and repair of machines following work instructions and planned schedules by prioritizing the quality of repairs, K3, and Environmental requirements
• Organize and assign personnel for Maintenance work following personnel competencies.
• Ensure maintenance and repair records are entered into the ERP system
• Identify spare part needs for maintenance and repair of machines and provide input for Preventive Maintenance schedule items
• Read and interpreted blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
• Conducted research to test and analyze feasibility, design, operation and performance of equipment, components, and systems.

Accomplishment

• Modifying 2 machines with PLC OMRON to Mitsubishi.
• Modify Control DC Drive Migration from Siemens Simoreg to ABB DCS in 1 day
• Designing and assembling control panels for 6 bias cutting machines for refurbishment.
• Commissioning AC Drive (inverter) and DC Drive with motors of various types (Mitsubishi, Sumitomo, Siemens, Yaskawa, Hitachi, and ABB)
• Build wireless communication for remote PLC monitoring system of 10 priority machines.

Job Description

• Use and maintain work tools according to their type and quantity.
• Carry out all maintenance activities with attention to quality, Health, Safety, and the environment (K3L).
• Provide reports on potentially damaged and dangerous machines related to the making of maintenance schedules and machine repairs.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders regarding maintenance and repair activities for production machines and 5S.
• Make Proof of Goods related to the need for spare parts for the maintenance and repair process.
• Make daily reports on activities that have been carried out and closing work orders.
• Perform minor repairs and findings that occur during maintenance inspections.
• Proposed electrical product and system modifications to improve quality and efficiency.

• Understanding and Analysis of Tire Material Machines: As many as 30 machines with 10 machine variants through an integrated PLC Program
• Understand the Installation and Analysis of AC and DC Drive problems (Mitsubishi, Siemens, ABB, Yaskawa, Sumitomo, Hitachi, etc.).
• Understand the installation and problem analysis of AC, DC, and Servo Motors (Siemens, SEW, ABB, Motovario, Teco, etc.).
• Understand PLC Program Installation and Problem analysis. Mitsubishi, Omron, and Siemens
• Understand Mitsubishi and Siemens SCADA HMI Installation & Problem Analysis
