●Communicate with peers proactively providing updates, resolving any issues or challenges
● Build best practices within domain ensuring regional and global consistency
● Monitor to ensure that candidates and ATS data are accurate and up to date
● Monitor candidate activity to ensure alignment on interview process for each role
● Ensure SLAs are implemented and maintained consistently
● Explore ways to continuously improve the experience provided to candidates
● Receive and address high priority escalations and partner with the business to resolve any issues
● Partner with local HR to ensure that offer letters are created for a new entities, and existing offer
letter templates are maintained
● Identify opportunities to ensure consistency and implement efficiencies in the management of
candidates and new hire travel
● Oversee review and approve all candidate expenses and ensure that guidelines and policies are
adhered to; address any queries or escalations
● Works with global counterparts to ensure consistency in documentation creation, maintenance and
storage
● Build strategic partnership with the recruiting managers and senior business members, looking for
improvements within Hiring Manager experiences
● Oversee allocation of work across coordination team
● Represent Coordination to other TA and HR teams as needed
● Implement operational opportunities for efficiency
● Identify issues and implement solutions; providing guidance to team members on how to handle
challenges or obstacles; handle escalations
● Utilize data and insights to make proactive decisions and impact
● Lead and influence within and outside of TA, building relationships at all levels of the organization
● Work to ensure consistency is kept for all of my offices
● Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with direct reports to discuss performance and future goals
● Hire, coach, mentor and train new coordinators and team leads on best practices in regard to
operational excellence and relationship management
