Alfan Mulfi Rahmanda

I am a Law graduate with a concentration in civil law, while in college I attended an organization to develop myself but it did not affect my stable academic grades in each semester. Currently, I work in HR where in that field it makes it easier for me to adapt and understand people with different characters, where I now work I can highlight new things in the environment. In my current job, I get a lot of new things about other jobs outside of HR, I'm glad it makes me more motivated by new things that I haven't learned. In a work environment, I like to work with people who are competent in their fields where it can make it easier to communicate with people or agencies, can work individually or with teams, and always provide positive environmental results. I am a talkative person and I see that as a weakness but with that flaw I was able to turn it into my strength in terms of good and smooth communication and being able to bring a more comfortable and friendly atmosphere. So you can count on me, because I never give up.
