• I have built the controller for a two wheel drive robot to navigate autonomously. The robot is used to spray pesticide in a field. I used ROS, UP Board SBC, Intel RealSense R200 sensor, IMU, Teensy microcontroller and other elements. The robot is to SLAM and build a map. Then a map is autonomously navigated.
• I participated in Innovate Malaysia Design Competition with intel. My team and I built a home energy monitoring system that utilized current sensors, UP Board SBC, an IoT framework and other elements.
• I achieved Virtual Commissioning and Digital Twinning. The physical system is a complex manufacturing system controlled by PLC 1200. The digital twin is drawn as a CAD in siemens NX and is simulated with Mechatronic Concept Design tool in NX. An OPC software is also used. the Network between the machine, the PLC and the Laptop is done by Ethernet connections and a switch.
