Through this role my main service has been to provide professional note-taking for various workshop, seminar, meetings, etc., including various transliteration works of official and non-official documents.
Some of my previous works but not limited to:
Reporting to the Executive Director, my main responsibility was to provide full assistance for the daily operation of the Exec. Director’s; acting as the communication hub with the stakeholders, partners, donors, and Foundation’s Senior Advisors; as well as remotely working in close coordination with other staff at the HQ office in Bali, in completing various tasks given by the Exec. Director and the President Director.
Some of my duties were but not limited to:
Reporting to the Project Manager, my main responsibility was to provide full assistance and direct supervision over the project implementation in 30 villages, that were located in two provinces (South Sumatra and West Kalimantan) of the overall seven provinces in total. All had a high frequency rate of travel and activities in the form of recruitment process and mobilization, trainings, workshops, field visits, and monthly regional and national meetings with the national and local team members, the host institution (Badan Restorasi Gambut/Peat Restoration Agency) as well as the donor (The Norwegian Embassy and UNOPS) and other counterparts of the project.
Some of my duties were but not limited to:
Reporting to the Program Manager, my main responsibility was to provide full assistance and direct supervision of the management and deliverables of three projects, including with a non-full involvement in at least five other projects in parallel. All the activities were conducted in close coordination with the different set of teams within each project, including with each of the different corresponding multi-stakeholders, partners, CSOs, and donors.
Some of my duties were but not limited to:
Reporting to the RSPO Indonesia Director in Jakarta and the Communications Director in KL, Malaysia, my responsibility was to provide a clear outreach and media engagement strategy to increase the media exposure of sustainable palm oil in the local Indonesian market, with an aim to push the government as well as the market to adopt the RSPO Trademark logo and start using certified sustainable palm oil products for daily use.

Reporting to the COP (Chief of Parties), my responsibilities were to nurturing and documenting the existing and future leveraging contributions to achieving the project’s objectives, along with supporting the COP in his duties by providing assistance in correspondence and research, meeting and event organization, and general administration/organization.

Reporting to the Component Team Leader (CTL), my main responsibilities were to maintain all the documents of the program; maintaining communication and progress of the project activities; provide administrative and organization support in arranging meetings and workshops; and maintaining a consistent coordination with the CTL and other Task Managers for the daily operational.
Some of my duties were but not limited to:
Reporting to the Forest Conversion Program (FCP) Coordinator, my main responsibilities were to provide a full assistance in the activities concerning raising awareness of sustainable palm oil development amongst the key players in the palm oil industry in Indonesia, through pushing for the committed use of available guidelines for sustainable palm oil toolkits, and also by becoming members of the Roundtable of Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). A special effort was also conducted in parallel to encourage the financial institutions (bankers and investors) of the industry as well as relevant government institutions both at the local and national level, to adopt the sustainable palm oil principles in their policies.
