• responding to requests from students, staff and other library users.
• managing library staff.

-participating in planning and implementing marketing strategies

-meeting with departments to provide consultation

-to assess products and programs

-writing and designing proposals,

-advertisements

-internal communication pieces

-web pages.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
• Prepare balance sheets.
• Process invoices.
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Update internal systems with financial data.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Participate in financial audits.
