I always ensure punctuality, arriving at work at least 30 minutes in advance, and I complete all tasks within the set deadlines. If necessary, I set alarms to help me stay on track. Third, providing education to patients is challenging, but I make an effort to offer it in various ways. I prefer using leaflets and creating agendas to facilitate patient education. These methods help patients better understand and adhere to their treatment plans.

I have not yet held a leadership position during my career as a nurse; however, I have gained substantial knowledge in leadership through certified leadership training organized by my university. Additionally, I developed leadership skills by serving as the team leader during our clinical practice at a general hospital.
