I have had experience over the past 8 years as BIM (Building Information Management) Coordinator MEP, and was begin my career as a Drafter/Modeler MEP with experience of Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection System building service for over 12 years. I have been involved in a number of major commercial, medical, and industrial projects. Responsible for finish the project, preparing design, drawing, create revit model check list, clash detection, MTO and MEP equipment schedule. I also work on BIM Standards, especially create revit template, training the drafter/modeler using the BIM principles, Revit, Naviswork, VR (Enscape), and BIM 360 Design, and also as a team leader for the modeller to make sure they are work on schedule. Responsible to manage the sub-contractors for design coordination as BIM requirement. Leading the meetings intra disciplines, sub-contractors, consultant and also for reporting to the client.
