I continue working for Leroy Merlin (see the previous job description) on the fully-remote basis as an external expert (on the part of the System Integration Company "Art Web Group" ("AWG")).
I have the same mission in the same role now concentrating on company's Customer Delivery Systems.

As a Systems Analyst, I participated in several company IT projects including creation and implementation of the "Customer Orders" system - a portal and mobile application for managing client orders.

Responsibilities:

• Business processes analysis related to client orders in stores
• Participation in designing the technical model and architecture of the information system
• Designing the status model of client orders
• Designing user interfaces of the system at different stages of the order lifecycle
• Coordinating project phases, creating relevant tasks and functional / technical specifications
• Monitoring task implementation, creating test plans and conducting user testing
• Participation in automating the delivery process by transport and courier companies by creating an information exchange between delivery applications and the newly created "Client Orders" system
• Participation in the system rollout
  

Later, as a Systems Analyst and Data/Business Expert, I was one of the creators of the company's customer orders reporting. I also proposed the idea of uniting all reports calculation processes in one major process – calculation of several business objects (Unified Data Marts) storing most of the pre-calculated business metrics and attributes for each object.

Responsibilities:

• Alignment of business metrics with stakeholders
• Design of data models
• Development of data marts in a PostgreSQL database
• Creation of this Database from scratch
• Writing and running test cases, Data Quality tests
• Migration of major reports to the created Unified Data Marts
• Contribution to the design and development of the visual interface in Microsoft Power BI

Systems analyst and product-owner of:

• Customer Relationship Management system (company's inner CRM (Oracle Database + Java) processing customer claims, bonuses, orders, reports etc.)
• NAUMEN system (Company's Telephony application)
  Creating logics of the scripts, creating user reports, technical support and bug fixing

Product: state statistical portal

Responsibilities:
• Managed development of several modules of the portal
• Reporting Module: built OLAP-based reports/dashboards (using the inner company's BI platform (Prognoz Platform))
• Overall product lifecycle management: from interview with business-customer to testing and presenting the result to the customer committee

Product: banking auto-payment system.

Participation in the full development cycle in the role of a Systems Analyst.
