Building relationship with brands to delivering comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insight within business relevancy to ShopeeFood products. We also manage merchant's Campaign, ensuring our product delivers. To do so we need to communicate all related department for every products (ShopeeFood & ShopeePay) to ensure the timeline and objectives are clear. Within every campaign we track and measure for each brands and deliver regular reports of campaign results & business review.

• Succeeded to get Brands, participate and cofunding on ShopeeFood Campaign every Cycle
• Succeeded to get Brands, participate and cofunding on ShopeePay's Online Prepaid Voucher
• Applying online promo on all of Esteh Indonesia's outlet in 2023 (2022 only join 64 outlets out of 600)
• Growing Cinema XXI Cafe's ado uplift to 257% through Shopeefood's special campaign
• Growing Starbuck's ado uplift to 120% through Shopeefood's special campaign

Job Description :

Obtaining new partners as well as maintaining existing ones. Creating promotion tools/product (online & offline) that aligns with client's campaign. Our team is also in charge of new development products & new implemented services at our Cinema. To do so we have to coordinate with internal divisions such as the IT, F&B, Sales, Finance, and Operational team to make sure all of the above runs smoothly.

Achievement :

• 62% growth in client promo transaction (YoY 2018-2019)
• Obtaining over than 7 new partner as well as maintaining existing ones in 2019
• In charge of new Mtix voucher apps product
• Dealing Company's first QR payment feature in XXI (Gopay exclusive partnership)

Job Description :

Creating sponsored programs, we prepare, plan and manage the publication of all custom/sponsored programs material to maximize client’s brand promotion. We also create campaigns and see that it was well executed. For a well executed program we need to maintain a good communication with internal divisions such as the PR, Production, Sales, and Programming team.

Job Description :

As a BD my jobs are expanding existing accounts and acquiring new one for Citigold priority banking segments. I too need to develop and implement planning of sales activities in order to achieve given targets. As for the customer service side I need to asses customer's needs and make appropriate product recommendations for them.
