PT. KUG is a subsidiary company of Lippo Group. My core responsibility was to lead its public relation division. Our main project was in the city of Ambon, in the province of Maluku. My tasks were to deal with the local and national media; the various local government entities such as, city government, regencies, and provincial.

Projects that assigned to was to assist in marketing communication for:

• Opening of Lippo Group's financial institution named NOBU Bank in Ambon. Helping to create different marketing avenues for its branch in Ambon.
• In charged for public relation duties for its international hospital named SILOAM in Ambon. I was assigned from groundbreaking up to operational.

In the company I was the creator of an annual international music festival named Ambon Jazz Plus Festival. I was then assigned as the Festival Director of the festival.

My main tasks were

• Budgeting for festivals
• Assisting in dealing with various potential sponsors
• Assisting in managing relationships with partners and sponsors
• Assisting technical production aspects
• Assisting in relationship with local government and its various entities
• Responsible to manage all creative aspects, including building its portfolio of participating recording artists, performers musicians, and artist management companies

To assist in managing existing television weekly talk-show named SOLUSI, aired on SCTV.

• Maintained project costs through careful budgeting and monitoring of expenditures
• Determined project budgets to estimate and control overall project costs
• Collaborated with other personnel in order to generate substantial number of viewers
• Assigned to various out of town interviews during major religious events or national disaster.
• Cover and rescue during Jakarta major flood in February of 2007.
• Adhered to network policies and legal standards
• Created and managed production schedules
• Edited video, choosing appropriate shots matching perfectly with news stories
• Determined editorial direction and content quality for each production

Employed as the television Program Director.

In charge in:

• Developing entire station’s television programs
• Created station' market identity
• Assisting its marketing division
• Oversaw its creative production division
• Oversaw its technical production division.
• Oversaw team of fifty personnel focused on production, and broadcasting
• Improved revenues by implementing successful marketing campaigns that penetrated new markets

Employed for a short term and project base position. I was the business development manager assisting in

• Department development and supporting local television stations throughout Indonesia.
• Developed business relationship with DAYANG in Beijing-China to market its turn-key solution for broadcasting network product in Indonesia
• In charge to manage AVID turn-key solution products for its market in Indonesia.

As the Senior Manager Marketing, my tasks were

• Assist in obtaining broadcast station permit.
• Developing the marketing and promotion strategy
• Create programming template and strategy
• Develop relationship with international program providers
• Overseeing technical and IT planning.

WGNTV moved its operation to the city of Malang in 2003.

Mix Master Unlimited was a new indie label in Indonesia. I was employed on project base tasks.

• Responsible to develop, train and produced new recording artist
• Main genre of music was Soul and R & B.
• Produced, composed and arranged the entire album of the new Mix Master recording artists named, AMANDA, to be released by Universal Music Indonesia in 2001.
• Accompanied Amanda for two live performances on behalf of UMI in Bali: Ronan Kitting August 2000 Bali promo tour and, Hard Rock Hotel Anniversary, June 2001

I was employed on project base in MMCP as the manager of its DIgital Video Broadcasting (DVB) department.

My main tasks was

• In charged in developing the division
• Developing relationship with international DVB company called Daedalus Media in Singapore
• Compiled technical and marketing data for a proposal to the government of Indonesia
• Compiled marketing and technical presentations to the information and transportation department of the government.
• Presenting DVB technology to Indonesia

Employed as it Special Project Director

My main task was to generate work and market for the company in the industry (music and audio visual).

I was then assigned as the head of BDI branch office in Bali. My main responsibility was to obtain and maintain accounts with international companies such as,

• Monsanto Chemical Group
• MTV Asia
• Channel V
• Philip Morris
• PNG, etc.

Another task assigned to

• Producing tour for both off-air and on air production for many Indonesian recording Artists
• Assisting in enhancing BDI's television programs
• Oversee join television coverage production in Bali with Channel V for international artists

Assisting in the productions of International recording artists such as,

• Spice Girls promo tour in Bali
• No Doubt Bali promo concert in Bali I was then assigned back in Jakarta as the Marketing and A&R director for its new subsidiary, an indie label called "Sound In Design Records". In charge to produce and release recording artist.

In charge for the production and release of Dewi Sandra – album titled “ Kurasakan”

"Garuda Orient Holidays" was a member of "Garuda Indonesia Group", the national flag carrier of Indonesia.

My main responsibilities were

• Developing and maintaining its IT and database division to support reservation/ticketing and accounting department (using ENABLE database software and, LAN for division network).
• Generating sales and marketing for incentive division by creating relationship with major incentive agencies in USA, i.e. American Express Travel

Assigned as its International Account executive. Responsible to obtain and maintain international accounts, mostly with Asian originated companies and Consulate General offices.
