1. Accounting & Finance

  • Manage full-cycle accounting activities: Accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements: Including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis using Accounting Software (Quickbooks & Tagetik).
  • Budget management: Develop, implement, and monitor budgets to ensure the company’s financial health.

  • Office operations: Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, including supplies management, equipment maintenance, and office space organization.
  • Vendor management: Manage contracts and relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective office operations.
  • HR support: Assist with human resources functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, payroll processing, payroll scheme, and administering benefits.
  • Policy development: Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth office operations and compliance with company standards.
