Anton Navrotskii

I am responsible for the creation of the largest food court center in Bali (Arcadia). I oversee market analysis, develop commercial proposals, conduct meetings with investors, manage the visualization department and designers, handle accounting, and ensure the execution of the work plan. Additionally, I collaborate with major chain restaurants and chefs.

I organized a catering company and worked there as a chef. We conducted numerous events, ranging from birthdays to large weddings. In a relatively short period of time working at the company, we managed to organize around 60 events.

I performed duties as an assistant to the chief marketing officer. I assisted in organizing events, website design, and conducted photo shoots.

I conducted weekly digests on industry news, temporarily performed duties as a financial analyst, and managed managerial accounting.

I underwent kitchen training. I assisted the head chef with preparations and worked in all sections of the kitchen.
