- Successfully delivered a cluster contract management (Test Production Bore Program) where the cluster contract management consists of various disciplines such as: integrated drilling services, engineering study, hydrogeology, mechanical & civil construction which are interconnected with a total contract value of not less than $50 million

- Including the provision of all goods/materials, services and equipments from both in country and overseas sources for 6x expansion projects with total value over than US$ 80 million (2018 – 2019)
- WETAR COPPER MINE - first mine company in Indonesia who produce copper plate cathode with 99,98% purity by heap leach method
- Full re-establishment of all processes & procedures of warehouse & inventory
- This included develop and implementation the Consignment system for 3 major vendors to support the owner mining operator programmed
- Re-development the warehousing and materials management function by initiating various optimization, liquidations and resale projects of dead stock and obsolete inventory with value approximately US$ 2million
- Direct daily managing around 10,000 active inventory items worth US$ 15 million
- Completely developed (totally self driven) 90% or 27 agreements (FPA, Service Agreement, Rental Agreement) of total 30 agreements required in 6 months period only started from tender process up to the contract execution for production operational readiness phase in 2016
- Maintain and manages the Contracts section to be the major contributor to achieve the 'Margin Improvement' target as SCM Annual Business Plan in two consecutive years of 2016 and 2017 with total cost savings/avoidance as of US$ 2 million
