- Head CGIF’s Business Operations since March 2020
- Responsible for deal origination, structuring, monitoring and market development
- As per mandate focus on ASEAN + 3 (China, Japan and Korea) countries
- Lead the deal teams responsible for Structuring deals in line with appropriate market standards and internal risk appetite
- Take a lead in local currency bond market development by being CGIF's lead spokesperson.
- Strong focus on educating market participants on the benefits of guarantee as a catalytic product offering
- Lead the medium and long-term business planning for the organization and its implemetation.
- In the last 4 years have led to the rapid expansion of the portfolio by over 200%
- Maintain strict standards of deal execution and appraisal in line with the Asian Development Banks Environment and Social Safeguard standards
- Raised the profile of CGIF by focusing of the ambitions of the contributor government and capital markets stakeholders in the region
- Implemented best practices from the private sector in a Multilateral set up
- Responsible for key stakeholder relationships with our contributors the governments of ASEAN, China, Japan, Korea and Asian Development Bank. This includes extensive interactions with regulators (MoF's, Central Banks and SEC’s).
- Maintain senior management relationships with Financial Arrangers (Banks and Securities companies) who assist in deal origination and execution.
- Senior relationship engagement with large institutional investors in the region.
- Lead engagement with Re-insurance companies and partner ECA's and Multilateral Agencies.
- Development of partnerships and involvement of private sector capital in our guarantee business.
