• Participated in deciding which technology used to extract metal Zn from Zn concentrate.
• Manage and monitor half-yearly target of the Zn Smelter construction progress, inline with government and third party surveyor.
• Prepared annual budgets (controlled in monthly meeting) to prevent overages.
• Discuss with all related parties, such as: consultants, contractors, and vendors to identify project obstacles to support smooth construction progress.

• Led key projects while managing timelines and meeting deadlines within budgetary limits.
• Managed projects while defining scopes, establishing schedules and estimating expenses.
• Developed and presented project and funding proposals.
• Conducted research on process and equipment prior to beginning new projects.
• Reported regularly to managers on project budget, progress and technical problems.

• Managed and developed team of employees to achieve daily target parameter.
• Created spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for daily, weekly and monthly reporting.

• Reviewed processes, identifying areas requiring improvement.
