  • Marine technical advisory area fabricated 14,273 Tons Integrated Top Side Modules load out from Saipem Karimun yard onto FPU Jangkrik Hull in liaise with load out contractor Mammoet Netherland BV.
  • A hydraulic skidding system with built-in vertical jacks was installed underneath the topside.
  • By using the jacks, the topside was lifted off its temporary supports and performed a calibrated weighing.
  • During the load-out, a computerised ballast system, with a total capacity of 56,000m3/hour, compensated for tidal differences and the weight of the topside and kept the hull perfectly level with the quayside.
  • Technical compliance and all visible legal aspect to meet dual class requirement DNVGL and BKI Classification Bureau to set ready for sail FPU Jangkrik from Saipem Karimun Yard to Muara Bakau Block Makassar Strait on 25th March 2017 tow assisted and supported by 6 AHTS vessels, arrived on Jangkrik field on 5th April 2017.
  • Marine superintendency level to set up FPU Jangkrik arrived on the designated location in alignment with SAIPEM offshore hook up team.
  • Accomplished safe efficient mooring hook up campaign on 18 April 2017.
  • Provided technical marine assessment based on Hazid/ hazop Offshore retractable marine gangway compatibility simops matrix to construction accommodation vessel POSH Arcadia to accommodate additional 500 extra construction worker to support pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup FPU Jangkrik.
  • Assurance on technical marine assessment pre-installation, during installation and post installation of serial umbilical JKK – JNE field hook up campaign as well as hook up umbilical gas and condensate export line to ORF.
  • Managing trim and stability floating production unit during 1st gas introduce into the integrated topside modules system on 15th March 2017 up to process of successful flaring to forward flaring tower height of 48 meters.
  • Managing 1st export of gas flow through U tube export umbilical line by 3 units of EGC system on 29th April 2017 to 79 km umbilical and rigid export pipelines to onshore receiving facility - ORF.
