• Gather technical design part both from internal or external & create LLD
• Direct peering to customer engineering/planning team/Internal/external presales/SA

• Point of daily technical escalation during activities
• Lead MOP/activity reviewer & documentation (UAT/ATP)

• Direct peering and lead to response customer questionnaires
• Monitoring day/night (on-call) or 24/7 during activities

Activities :

• Coordinate related to the installation of the device to be done in Telkomsel infrastructure.
• Determine the service device that will be used to mitigate Spam made from the Subscriber to the Internet direction.
• Monitor spam activities from Subscriber to the Internet to ensure IP Public protection is protected from the blacklist.
• Make a regular monthly report to monitor Spam that occurs through the Fortimail device.
• Perform migration activities from the Subscriber Pool to be passed to the AntiSpam Fortimail device.
• Activate the maintenance service of the device to ensure the performance of the device is good.
• Perform the activity dismantle device that has been declared End of Service.

Activities :

• Monitor the quality of computer networks between VSAT or MPLS to Regional Offices, Branch Offices, Sub-Branch Offices, Work Units and ATM Machines.
• Analysis of network problems between VSAT or MPLS to Regional Offices, Branch Offices, Sub-Branch Offices, Work Units and ATM machines.
• Coordinate issues with IT Support or PIC on Regional Offices, Branch Offices, Sub-Branch Offices, Work Units and ATM machines to resolve Computer network problems.
• Open Ticket for Vendor, Provider, & IT Support to solve computer network problems.
• Make sure the issue has been resolved and the ticket closed.
