- Prepare the equipment for external event needs and also support for project needs in the crewing department
Crewing 3rd Party
- As a manning agency, looking for the customers to supply crew
- Coordinate with Principle to supply crew as per customer requirements (usually coordinate about, criteria of crew, schedule, salary of crew, port of join etc)
- Do internal interview before provide with customers
- Do Invoicing for customer and monitor the invoicing for each of customer
- Fast response for Customer complaints about our crew and looking for the replacement of crew
Crewing Development
- Coordination with government (BPSDM), about Cadets and plan for our program like ETR and ETO program
- Preparing for Cook and Welder Program
- Do monitoring for Cadets in the Vessel
- Do monitoring for ETO trainee (Batch I and II)
- And always make innovations and improvements to make crew management better
1. Arrange a Crew Rotation and Mutation Plan, With Data Obtained From Crewing Officer, Superintendents and Ship Managers and input the data into the system
2. Discuss Rotation and Transfer Plans to Ship Managers or Superintendent
3. Carry Out The Approval of The Rotation Plan To GM MSM and Crewing Group GM.
4. Arrange Meeting For Coaching Senior Deck/Engine and Junior Deck/ Engine
5. Follow up on Documents to Update Documents for Each Crew
6. Do recruitment Ship Crew for All Ratings
7. Coordinate with Stakeholder (Local or Overseas Agent)
1. Arrange Order coming until shipment OTIF (Export & Domestic).
