- Coordinate all assigned well intervention, well integrity and surveillance activities, ensuring well services activities are optimized, understood, planned, resourced and managed within agreed time and well services budget
- Provide input into the specification of well intervention related equipment and services in accordance with POI WIMS and BMS procedures, including scopes of work, tendering support, and equipment ordering
- Introduce new technology and implementation strategy by proactively providing feedback from lessons learnt during reviews and SQM with contractors
- Ensures continuous improvement from Lessons Learnt and engineering study are captured in forthcoming Well Intervention Programs
