To manage contracted MS scope ensuring the fulfillment of obligations by Ericsson, the Customer and Suppliers, in order to secure quality, profitability and Customer satisfaction. To identify and track add-on sales opportunities and to support the Key Account Manager on Contractual negotiations. Main interface is to MS COO.
To focus on ASP Management for MS to ensure that Ericsson gets the best value at procurement of ASP services in accordance to related scope of work, performance, cost and quality of work including the best delivery mix of FSO and ASP
To drive ASP management activities relating to performance, capacity and financial control. The role contributes to enhance profitability, reduce cost and improve delivery performance.
• Through efficient sourcing of products, services and solutions, the Strategic Sourcing Manager shall strengthen competitive position by maximizing supplier value, proactively managing business risks, and contributing to the creation of value for the Customer.
• Accountable for evaluating, qualifying, and selecting suppliers for the external purchase and licensing of all products and services: 1) to be delivered to Customers as part of or as an Ericsson product or service and 2) for internal use within Ericsson.

• Provide monthly and Quarterly financial report related to Account receivables, Statement of Account, cash flow, collection, invoicing and liquidity Damage to Regional Head of Collection, Key Account Manager, Business Controller, Company Control, and Project Manager (as the Collection and AR coordinator for Country Unit Indonesia and RASO (Region South east Asia Oceania))
• Preparing Selling of un-billed, selling of AR as part of the Factoring to Bank.
• Provide input to treasury and credit manager on payment terms and credit limits based on Collection Analysis.
• Experienced dealing with curator and the court in handling bankruptcy case.
• Provide comments/add values knowledge to decide standard reports and KPI’s
• Assist Regional Head of Collection in ensuring collection payment on time.
• Provide quarterly SoX and governance reporting. • Reconcile the books with the customer AP-Counterpart
• Pro-Active follow ups to secure incoming payments and due date and seek reasons for non-payment past due invoices and reminders to customers
• Initiate meeting with relevant stakeholders
• Review monthly aging analysis, decide on action and action responsible
• Interface externally with customers and follow up with Procurement, Finance Manager, Project managers and any relevant dept.
• Handling one of the most biggest customer in the region with monthly total collection +/- MUSD 20
