More than 29 years’ experience as Senior DCS operator and Assistance Foreman in petrochemical plant, include Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Initial Start-Up activity for various projects such as : VCM2 at ASAHIMAS CHEMICAL Co, LDPE 3 at QATAR PETROCHEMICAL Co, LD1 BOROUGE (Abu Dhabi Polymers Co.). The responsibility is including in preparation Work Permit, JSA and JHA ,Create and Review SOP, LOTOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), Punch list, routine log sheet field and DCS. Monitors control process parameters for all units such as Distillation, Utilities, High Pressure Compressor, Hot Water system, Reaction, Recovery unit, Extruder and Conveying system, Waste water system from field and Control Room. Familiar with DCS Honey Well Experion and Yokogawa Technology. Different Type of Reactor Polymerization Process, JSW Extruder, Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Distillation column such as Butadiene Dry Column, MethyCycloHexane Column, Heavy Column, Low and High Pressure compressor, Air fin fan Cooler, Various type of Pump, Hot water System, and familiar also with PFD,P&ID etc. Able to work closely with diverse multinational work place.

- Involved in Pre-commissioning, commissioning and Start Up activities from beginning.
- Ensures the implementation of safety rules and practices, takes the necessary actions to meet the safe working standard on plant as per company regulation also government.

- Both plants on above is the same process plant and Basel same technology.
- Responsibility, involved in process production operation of polyethylene plant e.g.: high pressure gas compressed to 2500 bar; polymerization; refrigeration; regeneration; gas recovery; degassing
- Startup / shutdown and Normal operation of process production and extruder machine.
- Take quickly and safe corrective actions in case of process upsets or emergency situations in line with standing instructions.
- Monitor and control process parameters for all units (utilities, reaction, recovery, palletizing and conveying).
- Prepare equipments for maintenance and ensures the equipment is safely isolated.
- Purging, dry out gas, start up and testing activities are critical to the ultimate safety and reliability of the facilities.
- Weekly Check Preventive Maintenance such as Deluge system, PSV recertification, Test Run Fire Pump, Stroke check all Control Valve and switching Pump.
- Preparation and sign in work permit’s, follow on-going jobs and monitor contractor activities, ensuring adherence to safety as per regulation and standard procedure.
- Monitor plant in case of start up and shutdown; keep plant to the normal operation base on standard parameter operating.
- Familiar in distillation process, refrigerant system, polymerization process, drying and separation, degassing system, product handling, fuel gas operation for flare system.
- Familiar with hyper Compressor pressure to 2800 Bar, Tubular Reactor pressure up to 2500 Bar, Separator Vessel.
- Reporting operation process, mechanical and instruments problem and recommended of solution.
- Follow up of operating procedures in all activities.
- Monitoring of Laboratory reports and Quality control to ensure product quality.
- Minimized potential accident by understanding and observing safe work practiced in all activities.
