During my time in Kenny Wiston Law Office (KWLO), I've been assigned in their major client, PT Pertamina Gas Negara Tbk. for their City Gas Project in Greater Jakarta Area and IKN and the consolidation project between PGN, Pertamina Gas and Pertagas Niaga as part of Pertamina sub-holding.

Beside legal counsel for PGN, I've also handle other major client for KWLO, namely Perum Bulog and PLN Energi Primer Indonesia (PLN EPI).

For Bulog, I handle their project to preparation of their asset write-off scattered from North Sumatera to East Java. On this project, I lead the team to conduct Legal Due Diligence and prepare the legal opinion required for the asset write-off process.

For PLN EPI, I join the team for their preparation to set up new internal regulation and standard contract for their new project of Biomass. Their company goal are to reduce the usage of coal on their power plant and start using biomass as their fuel. The output of this project are the standard form of contract and the director decree for their internal rules for biomass procurement.

I'm also handle some private client for related to land acquisition issue and handle the contract and permit to import medicine.

As a Senior Legal Specialist in special purpose multinational company for the National Strategic Project , I researched and assisted in developing project-specific output. During my time in KCIC, I've been trusted to handle following matters:

• Handle the EPC Contract for Jakarta - Bandung High Speed Railway Project (Construction and Supervision Contract)
• Represent KCIC along with the lawyer for the negotiation of facility agreement for the funding of the project.
• Prepare and maintain the Joint Venture Agreement for the Jakarta - Bandung High Speed Railway project
• Maintaining legal compliance at KCIC while nurturing relationships with various stakeholders, including the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, Transportation, and other State-Owned Enterprises.
• Engage in negotiations and foster relationships with local institutions at project sites, and lead negotiations for land acquisition processes with local communities.
• Managed the acquisition of permits and licenses on behalf of the company.
• Oversaw the development of procurement contracts within KCIC, collaborating closely with the procurement division.
• Drafted comprehensive agreements in support of company initiatives.
• Managed the Land Acquisition Process for the company.
• Conducted in-depth policy research and provided guidance to relevant institutions in shaping new policies and directives for the project.
• Handled all aspects of litigation cases on behalf of KCIC.

Engaged as in-house legal counsel for KWLO's key client, PT Pertamina Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk. (PGN), I provided comprehensive support for their infrastructure projects, encompassing contract drafting, claim resolution, and end to-end project assistance. The project I've been involved as follows:

• Contract Package No. 3B, EPC Cikande – Bitung Pipeline Project;
• CP - 9, EPC Muara Karang – Muara Bekasi Pipeline Project;
• CP - 12, Garawangi and Sunyaragi Offtake Station Project;
• EPC Upgrading Muara Bekasi Station;
• EPIC Permanent Repair For Offshore Pipeline Phase 2 LBM – MBK KP 138;
• Fire Hydrant Installation Project in 4 MRS Sector;
• City Gas Project for Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

During my time in MAA, I've been involved to assist partner for corporate legal matters including contract drafting, shareholder meetings, company establishment, and facilitated license and permit applications with government entities such as BKPM. The project I've been involved as follows:

• Syndicated loan agreement for PT Kereta Api (Persero), PT KAI Commuter Jabodetabek;
• Limited due diligence for PT Kereta Api (Persero);
• Drafting UP Transjakarta E-Ticketing service level agreement;
• Drafting marine fuel oil supply agreement for PT 23 Sinergi Indonesia, a bunker service provider company for freighter;
• Involved in share acquisition project of for a registered futures broker in Jakarta Futures Exchanges;
• Involved in establishment of JV company. This project includes assisting their general meeting of shareholders.
