11. Create a visibility promo (POP & Easel) in Stores
1. Responsible for the daily running of stores.
2. Ensure promotions are accurate and in compliance with company standards.
3. Manage retail staff, among which includes people working on the floor, and the cashiers
4. Meet financial goals by analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions in preparing an annual budget; formulating pricing policies and scheduling expenditures.
5. Make sure pricing is correct.
6. Work on store displays.
7. Recruit, coach, counsel, discipline and train employees.
8. Evaluate self-on-the-job performance, as well as other staff.
9. Identify market trends that appeal to customers.
