Bambang Istianto

I have approximately 25 years of work experience. My career began in 1997 at PT Studio CIlaki 45, a management and engineering consulting company, where he served as a financial and administrative staff member. In 1999, I contributed to the Bali Province PMDKE project. Then spent around nine years at a manufacturing company that specialized in producing precision spare parts for factory machines. During his time there, I held the position of Administration, Finance, and Accounting Manager, responsible for overseeing all administrative and financial activities within the company. At this company, I helped develop a system of production work procedures and reporting and actively participated in the development of the company's management information system which included administrative, financial, accounting and production information systems. Work experience in the last 5 years can be summarized in several main things, namely: conducting an assessment of Good Corporate Governance implementation at PT. PLN (Persero) and creating subsidiary governance for PT Pusri Holding (Persero) as well as helping create GCG infrastructure for several companies. Apart from that, Bambang also helps PT. PLN (Persero) in preparing infrastructure for preparation for the implementation of PT. PLN (Persero) as an unlisted public company. Bambang helps PT. PLN (Persero) in supervising work on creating a whistleblowing system and due diligence on PT legal documents. PLN (Persero). Apart from the areas of risk management and corporate governance, Also I worked as Peoject Leader for various UN Agency sucsh WHO, UNDP and UNEP. My strong capabilities are planning, communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement, which are essential for achieving organizational objectives. I provide direct reports to top management regarding the organization or projects progress. I am confident that my prior responsibilities closely align with the job requirements for this position. I possess the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, while also demonstrating the flexibility to work independently to complete tasks.
