• Responsible for handling & monitoring daily operation, drilling rig 350 - 550 HP, make decisions based on actual operation to ensure the drilling activity running smoothly as per program and complete drilling well in timely manner and costly manner.
• Developed comprehensive Basis of Design (BOD), Risk Assessment (RA), Drilling Procedure and Well Specific Drilling Program for development well including producer, injector, and observation well.
• Providing lookback and analysis for successfully drilled development well as per well performance summary to increase efficiency next drilling operation, which might give optimization on cycle time dan cost spent per well executed.
• Review and verify post-drilling costs/ TCR and provide justification based on analysis of actual costs against AFE budget
• Increased drilling efficiency by developing and implementing innovative drilling techniques and strategies.
• Prepare and contribute in drilling project (CS, Pre WP&B and Maturation) of Duri, Kulin, Rantau Bais, and Balam SO Field
• Successfully completed preparation and execution of the DSF ultra shallow horizontal well with high dogleg severity up to 24 deg/100 ft and total depth at 325 ft TVDSS, including IC process and installed quantum packer x premium screen liner (meshrite) for slim hole.

• Processed and visualized (dashboard) equipment reliability status (Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time Between Repair (MTTR), Failure Rate, Reliability, and Availability) of refinery equipments.
• Prepared, built, and updated monthly/yearly/eventual dashboard report of inspection and asset integrity results.
• Managed routine inspection report and regulation compliance monitoring

Assisted drilling team of geothermal exploration project :

• Documentation of the aanwjzing process (explanation of the auction)
• Assessment of bid documents from contractors providing drilling services
• Assessment of the feasibility of the auction participant's slim hole drill equipment and supplies
• Infrastructure and wellpad feasibility assessment
• Feasibility assessment to start drilling (spud-in)
• Assessment of drilling reports and evaluation of drilling results

• Planning and operation evaluation of geothermal drilling in Indonesia. This research is funded by Ministry of Research and Technology/National Research and Innovation Agency, Republic of Indonesia (2019-2021).
• Glycerol manufacture in laboratory for water, oil, and synthetic based drilling fluid. This research was funded by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Agency (LPIK), ITB (2020).
• Corrosion and material selection software.This research was funded by Research, Community Service, and Innovation Program (P3MI), ITB (2020).
• Light weight material agent for drilling fluid and cement – mature field in Indonesia. This research was funded by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Agency (LPIK), ITB (2019).
