• Manage team of (up to) 10 engineers from Junior, Middle and Senior level
• Plans and directs all aspects of reservoir engineering studies and operation: production monitoring and reservoir surveillance, production optimization strategy, reservoir evaluation, study and future development projects.
• Ensure the implementation of HSE in daily Reservoir activities to be in line with HSE policies and standard operating procedures
• Implement and optimize the reservoir management plan of Field to maximize the production deliverability in the short to medium term (perforation strategy, drill good new wells, keep existing wells alive)
• Initialize and coordinate sub-surface studies and new development studies related to the future development in the field

As a member of Well Performance Group, identify the field bottlenecks, the pressure losses and define the appropriate actions to increase the field potential (well management and surface network debottlenecking)
