Job Description

  • - Establish route to market strategy: Help to seek new distributor & manage existing distributor performance, and develop distribution plan on the assigned region and perform review regularly.
  • - Lead and manage sales teams: Conduct briefings, coaching and counseling to Supervisor & Representative, inspire team through management by example, evaluating overall team productivity, and Build strong connection with all related stakeholder.
  • - Manage operational and day-to-day sales activity in its areas excellent: Control the stock distributor, aware of stock at central warehouse, and control the operations of the sales team and check the reports made by the sales and distributor teams.
  • - Achieve the targets and objectives set by the company: Ensure the distribution, availability and visibility of our products according to the standards set by the company, responsible to manage asset & infrastructure (freezer, cold storage, delivery van, etc.) to achieve goals, and perform the functions of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling properly to achieve primary & secondary sales targets.
