• Developing strategies and methods for accelerating work in collaboration with SPV and Engineer

• Test concrete test specimens for all TATA BALI projects.
• Test iron, steel, anchors, and couplers for all TATA BALI projects.
• Recap data and analyze quality tests conducted in independent laboratories for all TATA BALI projects.
• Conduct surveys on product quality used in all TATA BALI projects and analyze the survey results.
• Conducting data compilation and analysis related to quality tests of products used across all TATA BALI projects
• Being responsible for all test results from independent laboratories, and reporting test results along with analysis to the project team (Project QC), TATA BALI Section Head, and also to the QA Head Office
• Being responsible for reporting survey results along with analysis to the TATA BALI Section Head, and also to the QA Head Office

• Inspect all contractor work in the field.
• Prepare daily reports related to contractor work in the field.
• Provide recommendations on contractor work related to the RKS provided by the planning consultant.
• Supervise contractor work to ensure it complies with the structural drawings provided by the site engineer and architecture team.
• Document all contractor work in the form of photos or videos.
• Maintain the quality of materials to be used in project work.
• Monitoring the progress of the contractor's work in accordance with the master schedule (S-curve) agreed upon with the owner and contractor
• Issuing site memos if there are discrepancies in the contractor's work, including progress and quality

• Supervise, manage, and evaluate the work of batching plant operators and assistant operators.
• Supervise daily batching plant production.
• Be responsible for batching plant management (from usage control to maintenance).
• Assist the Technical Manager (Lab. Head) in supervising concrete quality.
• Evaluate any product rejects from the batching plant.
• Developing plans for system upgrades (both human resources and equipment) at the Batching Plant
• Creating and providing guidance as well as conducting SOP training for operators and assistant operators in Batching Plant Operations
• Implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 in Batching Plant Operations

• Maintaining the quality of all materials in the concrete mix by conducting running tests on the composition of the concrete mix, such as: 1) Coarse Aggregate (Split) 2) Fine Aggregate (Sand) 3) Cement (Type I - OPC) 4) Concrete Additives (SP, Retarder, etc.) 5) Water
• Conducting material testing to ensure the materials meet the standards set by the company, thereby maintaining the quality of the concrete
• Evaluating the test results of all materials to be used in the concrete mix, which will be included in the monthly report and submitted to the Lab Manager (Technical Manager) to determine whether any upgrades are needed regarding the concrete mix design quality established and approved by the Lab Manager.

• Inputting and calculating concrete testing data and converting it into concrete testing reports.
• Testing test specimens on concrete testing machines.
• Assisting lab administrators in inputting test specimen data for internal company evaluations related to concrete quality.
• Conducting surveys of casting sites at customer (contractor) locations, and surveys in the event of damage to concrete that we have delivered.
• Documenting the results of surveys on problematic concrete, compiling them into written reports, and subsequently submitting them to the client (contractor) who ordered our concrete
• Preparing concrete pouring reports (specifically for the Bekasi municipal government project), which will be submitted to the marketing department as evidence of accountability for the work performed and the concrete we have delivered to the relevant contractor on the Bekasi municipal government projecta Bekasi

• Inputting and calculating concrete testing data and converting it into concrete testing reports
• Assisting the QC Lab in testing test specimens on concrete testing machines
• Assisting the lab administrator in inputting test specimen testing data for internal company evaluations related to concrete quality

• When casting begins, check the casting duration and total volume that has been cast, as well as provide reports related to slump tests for several truck mixers and test objects that have been made by ready-mix technicians and map the area that has been cast per truck mixer.
• After several hours of casting are completed, inspect the columns or beams that have been cast to check for any cracks.
• All of this will be included in the daily report related to monitoring during and after the casting process
