Ninja Van is a Singapore-based startup which provides logistic service in 6 South East Asian countries.

• Served as a mentor for 7 junior QA engineers & testers across different nationalities.
• Established and implemented all QA processes, bug life cycle procedures, and testing strategies from the ground up in collaboration with the QA managers.
• Became a subject matter expert (SME) on the overall Ninja Van domain knowledge, both product & technical wise.
• Led QA efforts for several successful major feature launches & external integration testing efforts across multiple micro-services within Ninja Van tech.

• Performed backend testing: API testing, database testing, data integrity testing.
• Created and maintained automated test script of web based application with selenium and API testing with RESTAssured in JAVA based framework.
• Run scheduled automated regression test on each release to ensure software quality
• Analyzed and reported test result to provide valuable insights to product team.
• Contributed to code review and automation framework improvement

• Responsible for testing on complex business logic of web & mobile application as well as backend API.
• Created test cases, test scenarios based on user stories (requirements)
• Performed manual functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, UAT, white box & grey box testing.
• Reported found bugs, documented down & tracked issues in JIRA.
• Verified fixed issues by doing re-testing & regression testing for each release.
