

A Learning & Development professional with experience in the telecommunications industry, specializing in HR Learning and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experienced in managing multiple LMS platforms, including SuccessFactors, Disprz, and Moodle, with a strong track record in implementing enterprise-wide learning solutions.
Skilled in designing and delivering end-to-end learning programs, including self-learning, classroom training, blended learning, gamification initiatives, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Successfully collaborated with HRIS teams to implement new LMS platforms and led impactful learning initiatives such as company-wide Learning Festivals.
Key Responsibilities:
LMS & Platform Management
• Manage daily operations of the LMS platform (Disprz, Moodle, or other platforms).
• Monitor system performance, conduct basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with vendors for technical issues.
• Organize content structure, categories, user access, and permissions within the platform.
• Coordinate system updates, patches, and implementation of new modules with vendors/IT.
Digital Learning Development
• Develop e-learning modules using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).
• Create and curate digital learning materials from both internal and external sources.
Program Implementation & Engagement
• Implement digital learning programs such as gamification, leaderboards, learning challenges, and self-learning initiatives.
• Manage communication, automated notifications, and email templates within the LMS.
• Administer mandatory learning programs and monitor participant progress.
• Drive employee engagement through platform features and internal learning campaigns.
Data & Reporting
• Prepare learning analytics reports on progress, completion rate, learning hours, and platform utilization.
• Analyze learning trends to provide recommendations for program improvement.
• Provide dashboards or data summaries for management.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate with vendors for system development, maintenance, and improvement projects.
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment with business needs.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
• Ensure all digital learning modules comply with company standards, internal regulations, and compliance requirements.
