- IT Infrastructure & Project Management: Acted as the foundational IT professional, engineering the IT infrastructure for the entire facility. Designed and proposed comprehensive architectures for Network, CCTV, Access Control, IP PBX, Video Conferencing, and PA Systems to the executive board, securing full approval and managing vendor implementation.
- ERP Architecture & Automation: Directed the complete end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP (v18, v20) across all business units. Built a barcode-driven WMS integrated directly with IoT floor scales. Configured manufacturing modules handling BoM, routing, costing, and machine downtime.
- Finance & Customs Integration: Managed Oracle Fusion implementation for Finance. Leveraged AI in Odoo for automated vendor bill scanning and purchasing advice. Developed API integrations connecting the ERP to the Indonesian Customs (INSW) IT Inventory system and Ceisa 4.0 portal.
- Operational Technology (OT) & IoT: Integrated SCADA systems and laboratory equipment into central monitoring dashboards. Built an Energy Management System (EMS) integrating transformers and sub-panels with power meters to monitor consumption and failures.
