  • Monitoring area(s) as instructed by shift lead for optimal efficiency regarding: operators tasks, Maintenance, Sanitation, FSS, QARM, and Warehouse issues and escalating these to shift lead/supervisors as necessary that causes hindrance to processing.
  • Consulting operators on proper GDP's and GMP's by conducting documented reviews/observations while enforcing adherence to protocols and procedures on current process.
  • Collaborating with leadership from all departments when it comes to issues with equipment, product, and demands to obtain completion of workload/CGA.
  • Expanding proficiency in computer applications, for example: EBS, Oracle, Dacha, Microsoft Word/Excel, Alfresco, Smartsheet, and Intranet.
  • Receiving consultation from shift lead/supervisors on specific scenarios for team building and self-improvements.
  • Implementing food/people safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines amongst operators as well as co-workers.
