The Compact addresses costly and underdeveloped financial intermediation through the following three distinct but interconnected projects: Advancing Transport and Logistics Accessibility Services Project (ATLAS Project), Financial Markets Development Project (FMD Project) and Access to Finance for Women-Owned/Micro-, Small, and Medium Enterprises Project (MSME Finance Project)

Activities performed: Procurement Management:
- Responsible for overall project management, monitoring, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of the assignment on a day-to-day basis.

To date more thaned 200 contracts were awarded for goods, works and services. To date, contracts totaling around US$220 million have been signed. This includes 18 million for Schools and 60 million for the first road rehabilitation signed in January 2023. Three more major work procurements for road rehabilitation in Abidjan's capital city are on-going at either negotiation or evaluation stage. Contracts for more schools are ongoing as well and planned for 2023.

Main project features: The US$474 million Indonesia Compact included three projects. The Green Prosperity Project supported the Government of Indonesia’s (GOI) commitment to improving natural resource management and maximizing opportunities for investment in renewable energy and sustainable agricultural practices. The Community-Based Nutrition Project aimed to prevent and reduce chronic malnutrition through improving the capacity of health service providers, and the Procurement Modernization Project piloted new procurement institutional and staffing arrangements and introduced a new digital system to help GOI more efficiently and transparently procure goods and services.

- Prepared, reviewed, and updated the standard bidding documents, terms of reference and technical specifications.

Main project features: In 2006 the Millennium Challenge Corporation signed a five-year, US$461 million Compact with the Government of Mali aimed at increasing agricultural production and productivity and expanding Mali’s access to markets and trade. The Compact activities included key infrastructure investments for the rehabilitation of the Bamako-Sénou Airport, regional and international trade, and the construction of irrigation infrastructure and related services in the Alatona zone to increase agricultural production and productivity.

Founded in 2002, the Global Fund is a partnership among governments, civil society, the private sector, and people affected by the diseases.

- Managed procurement of commodities and services using negotiated procurement methods including solicitation, award, and administration of Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursement contracts, Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQC), and task and work orders.
- Served as designated focal point from CPU for information technology (IT)-related projects and served as liaison officer between CPU of the Global Fund and IT offices as well as the WHO procurement team in charge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
