Fell in love with all types of cooking and culinary arts at really early age. Growing up, the rush and ecstasy inside of the restaurants kitchen, the finesse at the fine dining, hit me, beautifully.. Then I discovered cooking on the sea which that's something that I cannot even describe.
Mostly using the skills for the yacht specially of exceeding client expectations through innovative recipe development and meal presentation.
Easy adapting to dietary needs with a flair for local cuisines, demonstrating problem-solving abilities and a passion for creative plates. Reductions in food and water waste, enhancing client satisfaction.
Unfortunately not using socials and cannot present a portfolio. Planning to change this in the near future.
