  • 2018, APAC Customer Focus Task Force, Re-define the customer focus and culture change for Zurich Business Units in Asia Pacific – ongoing, completion target date by June 2018
  • 2017, Social Media campaign, #YakinSehat? - Health Campaign, #LekatkanKebersamaan - Mudik Campaign, #LoveYourFuture – Financial Literacy. In total, social media campaign has generated about 8,500 leads to be approached and engaged. The highest engagement rate reached 10% and reached the highest Zurich website traffic to 35,000 session.
