Hi, currently i am working at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia International as Network Operation Center Technician. 5 years here granted me a lot of knowledge and experience especially about people, networking and digital technology. As customer service operation team, I'm able to adapt or persuade with the client needs either on the ongoing fault or specific request based on coordination with our related team.
